Smile Provide Results Guarantee

At Smile Provide, every treatment begins with a clear and realistic outcome.

Before your aligners are manufactured, you will receive a personalised 3D treatment preview showing how your teeth are expected to move and what your final result should look like.

This preview forms the agreed treatment goal between you and Smile Provide.

Our Results Guarantee exists to give you confidence that we stand behind the treatment plan we approve.

What Our Guarantee Covers

If you complete your treatment as directed and your final result does not match the outcome shown in your approved 3D treatment preview, Smile Provide will continue working with you to achieve the planned result.

This may include additional refinement aligners at no additional cost.

If, after the completion of the required refinement stages outlined below, the agreed treatment result is still not achieved, you may be eligible for a full refund of the treatment fee under the terms of this policy.

Required Treatment Process

To qualify for the Results Guarantee, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Approval of Treatment Preview
    You must review and approve your personalised 3D treatment plan before aligners are manufactured. This plan defines the expected treatment result.

  2. Completion of Initial Aligner Treatment
    You must follow the treatment plan provided, including wearing aligners for the recommended number of hours per day and progressing through aligners as instructed.

  3. Submission of Monitoring Updates
    You must provide progress photos via the Smile Genius app and respond to monitoring requests from the Smile Provide clinical team when requested.

  4. Completion of Required Refinements
    If your teeth do not reach the planned position after your initial aligner series, Smile Provide will provide up to two refinement treatments at no additional cost.
    You must complete both refinement stages, if prescribed by the clinical team, to remain eligible for the Results Guarantee.

Any and all refinement treatments must be requested within 2 weeks of the completion of your treatment.

Eligibility for a Refund

A refund under the Results Guarantee will only be considered if:

  • The final tooth position does not match the outcome shown in the approved 3D treatment preview, and

  • The patient has completed the full treatment plan, including two refinement treatments if prescribed, and

  • All treatment instructions have been followed, including aligner wear time and monitoring submissions.

If these conditions are met and the clinical team confirms that the planned result has not been achieved, Smile Provide will issue a refund of the treatment fee paid by the patient.

Situations Where the Guarantee Does Not Apply

The Results Guarantee will not apply if treatment is unsuccessful due to factors outside Smile Provide’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to wear aligners for the recommended 20–22 hours per day

  • Failure to progress through aligners according to instructions

  • Failure to submit monitoring photos or attend required consultations

  • Failure to complete prescribed refinement stages

  • Damage, loss, or misuse of aligners

  • Dental conditions that arise during treatment which prevent further tooth movement

  • Additional dental work performed by third-party dental providers during treatment without approval

  • Failure to wear retainers after treatment completion where relapse occurs

  • Cases where the patient withdraws from treatment before completion

Clinical Authority

All treatment decisions, including whether refinement aligners are required and whether the final result meets the approved treatment plan, will be determined by the Smile Provide clinical team based on clinical records, monitoring images, and treatment data.
